World Energy applies replicative services to establish each new community's utility service

A standardized method of operation to deliver electricity and clean cooking with billing, monitoring, and operational remote metrics through our propriety software.

World Energy is
the first example of a “World Utility”

We apply a replicative process to establish each new community's utility service. We do not just sell a simple product. All of our energy projects are solutions that involve defining a population’s energy needs, designing the project around those needs, establishing funding methods, project execution, and measurements & evaluation.

Our services:

We are early actors to standardize, optimize, and control
the process of energy development for under served and rural populations worldwide.

our energy projects involve defining the population’s energy needs, designing the project around those needs, establishing funding methods, project execution, and analysis.

we have an exclusive FULL SERVICE platform for standardized SERVICES:

Needs Assessment & Evaluation

We begin by taking an inventory of a community or regions’s energy needs and empowerment. The assessment and evaluation helps achieve the best long-term social impact and not just simple “top line” results. our past work includes both Community Energy Plans and Utility and Government Energy Planning.

Energy data & statistics will be gathered to give insight towards:

  • Specific energy needs of the population served

  • Assessment of existing energy resources

  • Staff and monetary resources available

  • Evaluation of existing humanitarian services in the area

  • initiate training process of Local Needs Assessors to expand programs

Project Planning & Design

We use our research to construct a plan and outline for projects that will have the most positive impact on the energy needs of the population being served.

Criteria considered during project planning:

  • Local Customer Participation in planning, installation and operation is essential

  • Impact measured by cost effectiveness

  • Resource intensiveness (human and monetary)

  • Scalability and repeatability

  • Fundability and Partnering Potential

Define & Source Equipment

With the project blueprint as a guide, we utilize both primary and secondary research to determine the right equipment for the project. We are technology neutral. Cost-effectively meeting needs is paramount. The equipment will be based on quality, price, and return on investment.

In our approach, funding is raised through ESG impact investors, development agencies, international bank lending, philanthropic contributions and subsidized payments from served energy consumers.

Projects begin with affordable payments for local consumers to give them a stake in their energy utility. As the communities’ economies develop, the ultimate goal of each project is to transition into a system where the local consumers can pay and benefit from their own energy.

Funding

If required, install energy projects utilizing industry best practices and business models in collaboration with local or national partners.

Initial steps:

  • Determine installation partners

  • Establish, train and empower local staff in monitoring and maintenance

  • Project education and technology training for local population

Launch Project

Monitor each project, we will identify best practices, measure true social impact, and grow repeatable programs. Our newenergy*AI technology will monitor and control the process and benefits in a new and uniquely human-centered way

Project Assessment & Evaluation

Continue operating energy projects with a revenue stream allowing financial sustainability for customers. Utilize information from ongoing monitoring to determine best practices in both current and future projects. Empowerment through local ownership.

Ongoing Project Operation

Training, empowerment, & Social Justice

Our belief is that any populations that we serve will be our partners. Ultimately all will control their own technology and energy future.

Future development in all cultures will involve people teaching their counterparts on all of the continents.
